A far less serious blog post than the subject line suggests, this week sees the launch an EU agency to fund the best scientists and researchers that Europe has to offer.
A Commission report apparently shows that the EU is narrowing the brain-gap between Japan and the US, which is interesting, considering that this example of Europe's ingenuity seems pretty equal to some American inventions. 0 Comments
